このページでは、タイ国鉄東線のバンコク・フアランポーン(クルンテープ)駅から チョンブリ パッタヤー ウタパオ経由のチュックサメットまでの線路配線図を紹介します。
In Bangkok, the Eastern Line departs from Hua Lamphong Station, an old terminal station. The elevated line of the Airport Rail Link, which connects from Bangkok to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, runs parallel from Phaya Thai to Lat Krabang.Makkasan Station on the Eastern Line is in a different location from Makkasan Station on the Airport Rail Link, so please be careful when using it.
バンコクでは、東線は古いターミナル駅であるフアランポーン駅を発着します。パヤータイからラートクラバンまではスワンナプーム国際空港への空港連絡鉄道である エアポート・レール・リンクの高架線が並行します。東線のマッカサン駅は エアポート・レール・リンクのマッカサン駅とは位置が異なるので利用の際には注意が必要です。
Beyond Huamark, the East Line changes from single track to triple tracks. Although passenger transport is in decline on the Eastern Line, the number of tracks has been increased due to the increase in freight transport. triple tracks extend to Chachoengsao Junction Station.
フアマークから先は、東線は単線から３複線になります。東線においては旅客輸送は衰退傾向ですが、貨物輸送の増大により線路が増やされました。３複線はチャチューンサオジャンクション駅まで延びています。
At Chanchoengsao Junction, the Aranyaprathet Main Line for Phnom Penh in Cambodia branches off, and for Chon Buri go to the Chuk Samet Main Line. The Chuk Samet Main Line is double-tracked to Laem Chabang Port for cargo transportation. Passenger trains only run a few times a day.
チャンチューンサオジャンクションでは、カンボジアのプノンペン方面へのアランヤプラテート本線が分岐し、チョンブリー方面の列車はチュクサメット本線に入ります。チュックサメット本線では、貨物輸送のためにレムチャバン港まで複線化されています。旅客列車は１日数本しか走りません。
The route passes through Chon Buri, a city with beaches and other recreational areas. At Si Racha Junction, the line to Laem Chabang Port branches off, and the main line becomes a single track from that junction.
路線はビーチなどの行楽地のある都市チョンブリーを経由します。シーラーチャージャンクションでは、レムチャバン港へ行く支線が分岐し、本線は単線になります。
Via the luxury resort town of Pattaya, the line gets to Khao Chi Chang Junction. At this junction, a branch line to Map Ta Put port branches off. Previously, the next station, Bang Phluta Luang, was the last stop for passenger trains, but on November 10, 2023, Utapao Station and the last stop, Truc Samet terminal, opened as passenger stations. On the Chuk Samet Main Line, a train operated by diesel train sets made in UK runs one round trip on Saturdays and Sundays only (the type of diesel train sets may be sometimes changed to the different one).
高級リゾート地であるパッタヤーを経由し、路線はカオチーチャンジャンクションに至ります。このジャンクションでは、マープタープット港への支線が分岐します。かつてはその次の駅、バーンプルータールアンが旅客列車の終点でしたが、2023年11月10日にウタパオ駅と終点のチュックサメット駅が旅客駅として開業しました。
チュクサメット本線には土日のみ、英国製ディーゼルカーによる列車が１往復運行されます(時々車両が変更されることがあるようです)。
