This map is the railway diagram maps between Picton(the northernmost town in the South Island) and Christchurch(The biggest city in South Island).

Picton town is facing sea, Ferries from Welington come to the port of Picton. In Summer season, passenger’s train “Coastal Pacific” is operated from Picton to Christchurch.

From Glenmark station near Waipara station, there is a Heritage railway called “Weca Pass Railway”, steam locomortives are running.

こちらはニュージーランド南島の　北部の町ピクトンから南島最大都市のクライストチャーチまでの、北本線と呼ばれる路線の線路配線図です。

ピクトンは海に面していて、ウェリントンからのフェリーが到着します。夏の時期には旅客列車「コースタルパシフィック号」がピクトンとクライストチャーチの間で運転されます。

途中のワイパラ駅付近のグレンマーク駅からは、保存鉄道のウェカパス鉄道がワイカリ駅まで伸びていて、蒸気機関車が走ります。
