這是　南島米德蘭線　在紐西蘭　從基督城　到格雷茅斯　的鐵路圖。

Midland Line is between Christchurch (the biggest city in South Island) and Gleymouth facing Tasman Sea(to be exact, Midland Line is from Rolleston to Gleymouth).

"Tranz Alpine" trains are operated for passenger's, it takes about 5 hours to get to Gleymouth from Churistchurch. The other trains are freight trains. 

Midland Line's rail tracks continues to Hokitika Line for Hokitika. 

The Stillwater-Nigakawau Line extends from Stillwater to Westport or Nigakawau. This line is also operated only by freight trains.

　ミッドランド線は、南島の最大都市クライストチャーチから、タスマニア海に面する港町グレイマウスを結ぶ路線です(正確にはロールストンからグレイマウスまで)。旅客列車としては「トランツ・アルパイン」号が走行していますが、他は貨物列車のみ運行を行っています。
　グレイマウスから先はホキティカ線となり、ホキティカまで線路が続いています。
　ミッドランド線の途中のスティルウォーターからは、スティルウォーター・ニガラワウ線が伸びていて、ウェストポートまたはニガラワウまで行きます。こちらも貨物列車のみ運行されています。
