Singapore has many MRT (Mass Rail Transit) and LRT (Light Rail Transit) lines. This page introduces MRT's Thomson-East Coast line.

Both the MRT Thomson-East Coast line is a Singapore's new urban railway line, having started operating in 2020. The rail track width uses standard gauge and is electrified with 750V DC.

This line connects Woodland North in the north of Singapore, via downtown, and Bayshore on the eastern coast.  Users should be aware that Woodlands North Station on the KTM(Malayan Railway) is far away and not within walking distance. However, a railway called RTS is currently under construction from Johor Bahru Sentral station to Woodlands North Station, and in the future it will be possible to connect from KTM to RTS and this Thomson East Coast Line at Johor Bahru Sentral Station to go to downtown Singapore. The RTS is scheduled to open at the end of 2026, and six months after that, Malay Railway's Woodlands Checkpoint-Johor Bahru Sentral station will be closed.

The easiest way to get to Woodlands Checkpoint is by bus departing from Kranji Station on North South line.

　シンガポールには多くのMRT　マス・レール・トランジットとLRT　ライト・レール・トランジットの路線があります。このページでは、このうちMRTのトムソン東海岸線を紹介します。
　MRTトムソン東海岸線は2020年に営業を開始したシンガポールMRTの新しい路線です。線路の幅はスタンダードゲージを採用していて、直流750Vで電化されています。
　この路線はシンガポール北部のウッドランド北から、ダウンタウンを経由して東側の海岸のベイショアを結ぶ路線です。マレー鉄道のウッドランズ・チェックポイントからウッドランズ北駅までは離れていて徒歩圏内ではないため利用者は注意が必要です。但し、RTSという鉄道がジョホールバルからウッドランズ北駅まで建設中で、将来はジョホールバル中央駅でマレーシア鉄道KTMからRTSとこのトムソン東海岸線を乗り継いでシンガポールのダウンタウンへ向かうことができるようになります。RTSの開業は2026年末を予定していて、その半年後マレー鉄道のウッドランズチェックポイント～ジョホールバルセントラル駅は廃止される予定です。
　なお、ウッドランズ・チェックポイントへ行くには南北線のクランジ駅から出発するバスが便利です。

La línea MRT Thomson-East Coast es una nueva línea ferroviaria urbana de Singapur que comenzó a operar en 2020. El ancho de la vía férrea utiliza un ancho estándar y está electrificado con 750 V CC.

Esta línea conecta Woodland North en el norte de Singapur, a través del centro, y Bayshore en la costa este.  Los usuarios deben tener en cuenta que la estación Woodlands North de KTM (ferrocarril malayo) está muy lejos y no se puede llegar andando a ella. Sin embargo, actualmente se está construyendo un ferrocarril llamado RTS desde la estación Johor Bahru Sentral hasta la estación Woodlands North, y en el futuro será posible conectarse desde KTM a RTS y esta Thomson East Coast Line en la estación Johor Bahru Sentral para ir al centro de Singapur. . 　湯申-東海岸捷運線 均為新加坡新的城市鐵路線，於2020年開始營運。這條線路連接 新加坡北部的 兀蘭北(Woodland North)，途經市中心，到達東海岸的 碧灣(Bayshore)。  使用者應注意，KTM（馬來亞鐵路）的 兀蘭檢查站(Woodlands Checkpoint Station) 和 兀蘭北(Woodlands North Station)站 相距較遠，步行可達。不過，目前正在興建一條名為 RTS的鐵路，從新山中央車站(Johor Bahru Sentral station) 到兀蘭北(Woodland North)站，未來 將有可能從 新山中央車(Johor Bahru Sentral station)站 連接KTM到RTS以及這條 湯申-東海岸線前往 新加坡市中心。 RTS計劃於2026年底啟用，六個月後，馬來鐵路的 兀蘭檢查站(Woodlands Checkpoint Station)-新山中央車站(Johor Bahru Sentral station) 將關閉。
　前往 兀蘭檢查站(Woodlands Checkpoint Station) 的最簡單方法是 從南北線的 克蘭芝站(Kranji Station) 搭乘巴士。

The entire line is underground and has platform doors, so you can't see the trainsets directly unless you go to the depot. The current depot is Mandai Depot, but another depot, the East Coast Integrated Depot, is scheduled to be completed once Sungai Bedok Station is open. The East Coast Integrated Depot will share the rail tracks with the Downtown Line trainsets. There are also plans to extend the line from Sungai Bedok Station to Singapore Changi Airport's new Terminal 5.

　路線は全線が地下でホームドアがついているため、車両基地に行かないと車両を拝むことができません。車両基地は現在はマンダイ車両基地を使用していますが、スンガイべドック駅まで開業した暁にはもう一つの車庫、東海岸インタグレーティッド車庫が完成する予定になっています。東海岸インタグレーティッド車庫では、ダウンタウン線の車両と車庫を共有する予定です。また、スンガイべドック駅からシンガポールチャンギ空港の新しい第5ターミナルまで路線を延伸する計画があります。

Toda la línea es subterránea y tiene puertas de andén, por lo que no puedes ver los trenes directamente a menos que vayas a la estación. El depósito actual es Mandai Depot, pero está previsto que se complete otro depósito, el East Coast Integrated Depot, una vez que la estación Sungai Bedok esté abierta. El East Coast Integrated Depot compartirá las vías del tren con los trenes de la Downtown Line. 　整條線路都在地下，有月台門，所以除非去車站，否則無法直接看到列車。目前的車 廠是萬禮車廠，但另一個車廠，即東海岸綜合車廠，預計將在雙溪勿洛站(Sungai Bedok Station) 啟用後完工。東海岸綜合車廠 將與 濱海市區線(Downtown Line)列車共享鐵軌。還計劃將線路 從雙溪勿洛站(Sungai Bedok Station) 延伸 至新加坡樟宜機場(Singapore Changi Airport)的新 5 號航站樓。
