Ho Chi Minh City is a city in southern Vietnam and the most populous city in Vietnam. However, until the opening of Metro Line 1 on December 22, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City had no railway lines other than Vietnam Railways.

Line 1 is a 19.7 km long line that connects Suoi Tien Terminal in the northeast of the Ho Chi Minh metropolitan area to Ben Thanh in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The entire line is double tracked and electrified with 1,500V DC. The approximately 17 km section from Suoi Tien to Van Thanh Park is elevated, while the central part of Ho Chi Minh is underground. There are siding tracks at Tan Cang Station along the way, and there is a possibility that rapid trains will operate on this line in the future. As a safety measure, platform screen doors have been installed at stations.

The trains are 3-car, 4-door trains with 20m body length made by Hitachi, Ltd. of Japan, and run at a maximum speed of 110km/h on the elevated sections and 80km/h on the underground sections. The entire line takes about 30 minutes, with trains running every 8 minutes during peak hours and every 12 minutes during off-peak hours.

　ホーチミン市はベトナム南部の都市で、ベトナムで人口最大の都市でもあります。しかし、2024年12月22日にこちらのメトロ１号線が開業するまで、ホーチミンにはベトナム鉄道以外の鉄道路線がありませんでした。
　1号線はホーチミン都市圏の北東部のスオイティエン・バスターミナルから、ホーチミン市中心部のベンタインまでを結ぶ19.7kmの路線です。全線が複線となっており、直流1,500Vで電化されています。スオイティエンからヴァンタイン公園までの約17kmは高架で、ホーチミン中心部は地下構造となっています。途中のタンカン駅では待避線が設けられており、将来この路線で快速電車の運行がなされる可能性があります。安全対策として、駅にはホームドアが設置されています。
　電車は日本の日立製作所製の20m車体の3両編成の4ドア車で、高架区間では最高速度110km/h、地下区間では80km/hで走行します。全線の所要時間は約30分で、ピーク時間帯は8分間隔、オフピーク時間帯は12分間隔で運行されます。

Ciudad Ho Chi Minh es una ciudad del sur de Vietnam y la ciudad más poblada del país. Sin embargo, hasta la inauguración de la Línea 1 del Metro el 22 de diciembre de 2024, Ciudad Ho Chi Minh no tenía líneas ferroviarias distintas a las de Vietnam Railways.

La Línea 1 es una línea de 19,7 km de longitud que conecta la Terminal Suoi Tien en el noreste del área metropolitana de Ho Chi Minh con Ben Thanh en el centro de Ciudad Ho Chi Minh. Toda la línea tiene doble vía y está electrificada con 1.500 V CC. El tramo de aproximadamente 17 km desde Suoi Tien hasta el parque Van Thanh es elevado, mientras que la parte central de Ho Chi Minh es subterránea. Hay vías de servicio en la estación de Tan Cang a lo largo del camino, y existe la posibilidad de que en el futuro operen trenes rápidos en esta línea. Como medida de seguridad, se han instalado puertas de malla en los andenes de las estaciones.

Los trenes son de 3 vagones y 4 puertas con una longitud de carrocería de 20 m fabricados por Hitachi, Ltd. de Japón y circulan a una velocidad máxima de 110 km/h en los tramos elevados y 80 km/h en los tramos subterráneos. El recorrido completo dura unos 30 minutos, con trenes que circulan cada 8 minutos durante las horas punta y cada 12 minutos fuera de las horas punta.

　胡志明市 是 越南南部的城市，也是 越南人口最多的城市。然而，直到2024年12月22日 地鐵1號線 開通前，胡志明市 除 越南鐵路 外 沒有 其他鐵路線。
　1號線是一條全長19.7公里的線路，連接胡志明大都會區東北部的 仙泉站 和 胡志明市市中心的 濱城。整條線路 為 雙軌 並 採用1,500V直流電氣化。從 仙泉 到 文聖公園 約 17 公里的路段 是 高架路段，而 胡志明市的中心部分 是 地下路段。沿途 新港站 設有 副正線，未來路線 可 開通快速列車。作為安全措施，車站安裝了月台屏蔽門。
　列車 為 日本 日立公司製造的 三節四門列車，車長20m，高架段 最高運行速度110公里/小時，地下段 最高運行速度80公里/小時。全線運行時間 約30分鐘，尖峰時段 每8分鐘一班，非尖峰時段 每12分鐘一班。

Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh là một thành phố ở miền Nam Việt Nam và là thành phố đông dân nhất Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, cho đến khi tuyến tàu điện ngầm số 1 được khánh thành vào ngày 22 tháng 12 năm 2024, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh không có tuyến đường sắt nào khác ngoài Đường sắt Việt Nam.

Tuyến số 1 là tuyến đường sắt dài 19,7 km nối Ga Suối Tiên ở phía đông bắc của khu vực đô thị Hồ Chí Minh với Bến Thành ở trung tâm Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Toàn bộ tuyến đường là đường đôi và được điện khí hóa bằng dòng điện một chiều 1.500V. Đoạn đường dài khoảng 17 km từ Suối Tiên đến Công viên Văn Thánh được đi trên cao, trong khi phần trung tâm của Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh được đi ngầm. Có đường ray phụ tại Ga Tân Cảng dọc đường đi và có khả năng sẽ có tàu cao tốc hoạt động trên tuyến đường này trong tương lai. Để đảm bảo an toàn, cửa chắn sàn đã được lắp đặt tại các nhà ga.

Các đoàn tàu là tàu 3 toa, 4 cửa, chiều dài thân tàu 20m do Hitachi, Ltd. của Nhật Bản sản xuất và chạy với tốc độ tối đa 110km/h trên cao và 80km/h trên ngầm. Toàn bộ tuyến đường mất khoảng 30 phút, với tần suất tàu chạy là 8 phút một chuyến vào giờ cao điểm và 12 phút một chuyến vào giờ thấp điểm.

Ho Chi Minh City plans to develop 8 metro lines, 1 tram line, and 2 monorail lines. As of February 2025, construction work is underway on Line 2, which will connect Ben Thanh Station to Tan Binh in the northwest of the city via Hoa Hung Station, adjacent to Vietnam Railway's Saigon Station, with the aim of opening in 2030.

　ホーチミンでは、メトロ８路線、路面電車１路線、モノレール２路線の整備を計画しています。2025年2月現在、ベンタイン駅から、ベトナム鉄道のサイゴン駅に隣接するホア・フン駅を経由して、市の北西部のタンビンまでを結ぶ２号線の建設工事が進められており、2030年の開業を目指しています。

La ciudad de Ho Chi Minh tiene previsto desarrollar ocho líneas de metro, una de tranvía y dos de monorraíl. En febrero de 2025, se están realizando las obras de construcción de la Línea 2, que conectará la estación de Ben Thanh con Tan Binh, en el noroeste de la ciudad, a través de la estación de Hoa Hung, adyacente a la estación de Saigón de Vietnam Railway, con el objetivo de inaugurarse en 2030.

　胡志明市 計畫 開發 8條地鐵線、1條有軌電車路線 和 2條單軌系統路線。截至2025年2月，2號線的 建設工作 正在進行中，該線路 將 通過 鄰近 越南鐵路 西貢站(Saigon)的 和興(Hoa Hung)站，連接 濱城(Ben Thanh)站 和 城市西北部的 新平(Tan Binh)站，目標於2030年開通。

Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh có kế hoạch phát triển 8 tuyến metro, 1 tuyến xe điện và 2 tuyến monorail. Tính đến tháng 2 năm 2025, công trình xây dựng Tuyến số 2 đang được tiến hành, sẽ kết nối Ga Bến Thành với Tân Bình ở phía Tây Bắc của thành phố thông qua Ga Hòa Hưng, nằm cạnh Ga Sài Gòn của Đường sắt Việt Nam, với mục tiêu đưa vào hoạt động vào năm 2030.
