The Madrid-Levante high-speed rail is a high-speed rail line that runs from Madrid, the capital of Spain, towards the Mediterranean Sea. Trains mainly depart from and arrive at Madrid Atocha station, but some trains, including those operated by Iryo (Italian High-Speed ​​Railway) and Ouigo Espana (the Spanish version of TGV Ouigo), which are competitors of the Spanish high-speed rail AVE, depart from and arrive at Chamartin station in the north of Madrid.

El tren de alta velocidad Madrid-Levante es una línea ferroviaria de alta velocidad que conecta Madrid, capital de España, con el mar Mediterráneo. Los trenes parten y llegan principalmente a la estación de Atocha, pero algunos trenes, como los operados por Iryo (Alta Velocidad Italiana) y Ouigo España (la versión española de TGV Ouigo), competidores del AVE español, parten y llegan a la estación de Chamartín, en el norte de Madrid.

The network has three routes to Valencia, Alicante and Murcia. On the routes to the Mediterranean port cities of Valencia and Alicante, trains can travel at a maximum speed of 300km/h.

Trains travel from Madrid to Valencia in about 2 hours and to Alicante in about 2.5 to 3 hours.

In addition, a new high-speed line is currently under construction from Valencia to La Encina; once this line and a line running underground through Valencia are completed, Barcelona will be linked to Alicante by high-speed rail.

La red cuenta con tres rutas a Valencia, Alicante y Murcia. En las rutas a las ciudades portuarias mediterráneas de Valencia y Alicante, los trenes pueden alcanzar una velocidad máxima de 300 km/h.

Los trenes viajan de Madrid a Valencia en aproximadamente 2 horas y a Alicante en aproximadamente 2,5 a 3 horas.

Además, se está construyendo una nueva línea de alta velocidad de Valencia a La Encina. Una vez finalizada esta línea y una línea subterránea que atraviesa Valencia, Barcelona estará conectada con Alicante mediante tren de alta velocidad.

The line from Alicante to Murcia runs parallel to the Iberian gauge (1,668 mm gauge) Alicante-Murcia railway line in some section, where it is a single track parallel line. In the future, the high-speed line is planned to be extended from Murcia to the city of Almeria in southern Spain.

Trains travel from Madrid to Murcia in approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.

La línea de Alicante a Murcia discurre paralela a la línea férrea de ancho ibérico (ancho de 1668 mm) Alicante-Murcia en algunos tramos, donde es una línea paralela de vía única. En el futuro, está previsto extender la línea de alta velocidad desde Murcia hasta la ciudad de Almería, en el sur de España.

Los trenes viajan de Madrid a Murcia en aproximadamente 2 horas y 45 minutos.
