Fort Worth and Dallas in Texas are twin cities, and there is a railroad that connects the two cities about 60 km. Amtrak's "Texas Eagle" and the "Trinity Railway Express" commuter rail line connect the two cities. In addition, in the United States, Minneapolis and St. Paul also have a twin city relationship.
The "Trinity Railway Express" and "Trinity Metro", Fort Worth's LRT, begin at Fort Worth T&P Station. The next stop is Fort Worth Central Station, where it joins Amtrak's "Texas Eagle" train from San Antonio, as well as the "Trinity Metro" train branches off toward DFW Airport. Fort Worth Central Station also serves Amtrak's "Heartland Flyer" train bound for Oklahoma City.

トリニティ・レールウェイエクスプレスと、フォートワースのLRTであるトリニティメトロは フォートワース T＆P駅を始発駅としています。次のフォートワース中央駅でサンアントニオからのアムトラックの「テキサス・イーグル」号と合流するとともに、DFW空港方面へのトリニティメトロが分岐します。フォートワース中央駅には他にオクラホマシティ行のアムトラックの「ハートランド・フライヤー」号が発着します。
The "Texas Eagle" and "Trinity Railway Express" run north of the Union Pacific Railroad's Dallas Subdivision. Although it has only single track, there are some sections that have double track. To get to DFW Airport from the DFW Airport Station along the way, passengers need to transfer to a bus called the "TRE Link Shuttle".
At Dallas Market Center station, the train merges with Dallas' LRT "DART" Orange Line and Green Line, and the train enters Victory Station. After leaving Victory, the Union Pacific Railroad Dallas Subdivision, which runs from Fort Worth to the south of this line, joins this line. And then, the train reaches Dallas Union Station. At Dallas Union Station, passengers can change to the DART Red and Blue Lines.
The "Trinity Railway Express" connects about 60km in 1 hour and 3 minutes from Fort Worth to Dallas. Amtrak's" Texas Eagle" runs from Fort Worth Central Station to Dallas Union Station in about an hour, without stopping all stations between Trinity Lakes station and Victory station.
「テキサス・イーグル」と「トリニティ・レールウェイ・エクスプレス」はユニオン・パシフィック鉄道のダラス支線ではなく、北側を通る路線を使用します。単線ですが、複線化されている区間もあります。途中のDFW空港駅からDFW空港へ行くには、乗客は「TRE リンク シャトル」というバスに乗りかえる必要があります。
ダラスのマーケットセンターでダラスのLRT「DART」のオレンジ線ならびにグリーン線と合流し、列車はヴィクトリー駅に入ります。ヴィクトリーを出ると、フォートワースからこの路線の南側を通るユニオンパシフィック鉄道のダラス支線が合流し、列車はダラス・ユニオン駅に至ります。ダラス・ユニオン駅では 「DART」のレッド線とブルー線に乗り換えができます。
「トリニティ・レールウェイ・エクスプレス」は全線約60kmを1時間3分で結びます。アムトラックの「テキサス・イーグル」号はフォートワース中央駅からダラス・ユニオン駅まで約1時間で結びます。
